1. If the full-time teacher is unable to attend on the day, please ask for leave in accordance with the regulations. If part-time teachers are unable to attend, please indicate the reasons in the questionnaire.
2. The organizer will prepare lunch boxes on the day. Please respond to the dining questionnaire before September 1st.
